Receivables Accountant

Description:

A reputed trading company based in Dubai Investment Park (DIP) is seeking an experienced Receivables Accountant to join its finance team immediately. This opportunity is ideal for accounting professionals with solid experience in accounts receivable and a strong understanding of financial documentation and reporting.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing receivable transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting the finance department in ensuring timely collections and efficient account management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts receivable transactions and customer account records.

• Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on pending payments.

• Maintain accurate accounting documentation and financial records.

• Reconcile receivable accounts and resolve discrepancies.

• Prepare receivables-related reports and support month-end closing activities.

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth financial operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant Receivables/Accounts experience in Dubai.

• Strong experience in Accounts Receivable.

• Good knowledge of accounting procedures and documentation.

• Strong attention to detail and excellent follow-up skills.

• Candidates available for immediate joining are preferred.

• Strong knowledge of:

• Accounts Receivable processes

• Accounting procedures and financial documentation

• Microsoft Excel and accounting software
