Total Ninja Obstacle & Inflatable Park is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Reception professional to join its dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with guests and creating a positive first impression while ensuring smooth front desk operations.
As the first point of contact, the selected candidate will play a key role in delivering a high-energy and welcoming experience for all visitors, while also supporting administrative and operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
• Greet and welcome guests, assisting them with bookings, inquiries, and general information
• Manage admissions processes and operate POS systems efficiently
• Handle daily front desk and administrative responsibilities
• Support overall operations by ensuring smooth coordination at the reception area
• Promote services and contribute to upselling opportunities to enhance guest experience
• Maintain a professional and friendly attitude when dealing with customers
• Possess strong communication skills, with at least basic proficiency in English
• Be well-organized, energetic, and focused on delivering excellent customer service
