Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or general education degree is required.
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in an office environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong phone skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to read, write, and speak English.
  • Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Punctual with strong attendance history.

Responsibilities:

  • Supports the smooth running of the front office department, answering and directing phone calls.
  • Greet and welcome customers, clients, and other visitors.
  • Register office guests and provide guests with a hospitable experience.
  • Inform other employees of visitors’ arrivals or cancellations.
  • Assist in handling office requests for dial-ins, conference rooms, travel requests, etc.
  • Coordinate with other departments for departmental-related tasks.
  • Event and meeting planning support as needed.

Note: Only candidates with Dubai market experience and available in Dubai will be considered for interviews.
