- Relevant Bachelor Degree
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Excellent Spoken and Written English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Presentable & Problem solver
- A Foreigner (Ukrainian, English, Russian)
- Preferable Dubai Residence.
Job Description:
- Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
- Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring the logbook.
- Handling all stationery supplies.
- Periodic maintenance check / contacting the vendors.
- Handling all office events/ catering etc.….
- Handling all travel requests, and hotel bookings (meeting rooms, restaurants, accommodation)
- Handling all corporate hotel contracts.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support.
- Receive and sort mail and deliveries.
- Schedule interviews for candidates.
- Co-ordinate meetings and organize catering.
- Monitor and maintain office equipment.
- Supervise the tidiness and maintenance of the reception area /workstations
