Description:

As our Receptionist, you will play a vital role in delivering precise and prompt assistance. Your responsibilities will include being the initial point of contact, ensuring that our service level runs seamlessly and efficiently. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming visitors in a professional and courteous manner and notifies the staff member of the guest arrival.
  • Always maintains a neat appearance and a polite and welcoming manner toward visitors.
  • Responding promptly to incoming calls and directs them to the relevant extension number.
  • Answering or referring inquiries to the appropriate parties.
  • Take messages accurately and ensure that the messages reach the intended recipients promptly.
  • Booking and coordination of Courier documents
  • Receiving and sorting incoming mail and packages and distribute them to the appropriate departments.
  • Administrative tasks as and when delegated.
  • Assisting with scheduling appointments and maintaining appointment calendars and booking of conference or meeting rooms.

What Would Make You Successful..

  • High school diploma/Degree in Business Administration or any related field
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude
  • Computer literate especially in using Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills
