Looking preferably for a Filipino Receptionist to join our team in KIZAD, Abu Dhabi. This role combines front desk responsibilities with support in logistics coordination and UAE visa processing (HR).
📌 Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, handle front desk duties professionally
Coordinate logistics and shipment tracking
Assist with UAE visa applications, EID renewals, and PRO follow-ups
Maintain proper documentation and records
Work with MS Excel for reporting and tracking
📌 Requirements:
Female Filipino candidate only
Based in UAE and available for immediate joining
Knowledge of UAE visa/labour card process and basic logistics
Good communication skills in English
Strong Excel and document handling skills
Presentable and organized
