We’re looking for a dynamic, well-presented Receptionist to join our team on a 12-month contract. This is an exciting front-facing role for candidates who enjoy engaging with people, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and keeping operations running smoothly.
🔍 Key Responsibilities:
✨ Greet and welcome visitors in a professional, courteous manner
✨ Manage inquiries and provide information about services
✨ Schedule appointments and manage meeting rooms
✨ Sort and distribute mail and emails promptly
✨ Maintain visitor logs, records, and appointment schedules
✨ Support administrative tasks including document preparation and data entry
✨ Ensure a hospitable and professional reception area
🎯 Requirements:
✔️ Open to all nationalities
✔️ Male & Female candidates welcome
✔️ Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
✔️ At least 3 year of experience in customer-facing roles
✔️ Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
✔️ Well-presented and professional demeanor
🎓 Minimum Qualification: Bachelors (Attested from MOFA UAE)
Preferred Background: Candidates from hospitality backgrounds are welcome
