Hiring Receptionist

We are looking for a receptionist who will be providing exceptional service to clients and visitors to our Burj Al Arab (Dubai) lounge.

• Assist with guest enquiries
• Register client information/enquiry details in the CRM system
• Maintaining the office stock amenities ensuring a proper replenishment
• Ensuring the office tidiness at all times
• Respond to all communications through email/WhatsApp
• Manage appointment scheduling and visitor logs
• Serve refreshments to clients

Requirements::

• Relevant experience (preferably in hospitality or aviation)
• Fluent English speaker, additional language is an advantage
• Basic computer skills
• Highly presentable and friendly
• Team-spirit
• Flexible
• Ability to multitask
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Note: This is a shift-based position requiring flexibility in working hours.
