We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as the face of our company, providing excellent customer service, managing administrative tasks, and maintaining an efficient and welcoming front desk.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and team members with a positive attitude.
• Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and emails promptly, providing accurate information about our treatments and services.
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars efficiently.
• Maintain the reception area and ensure it is tidy and presentable.
• Handle client check-ins, process payments and manage bookings.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in the aesthetics industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with scheduling software.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• A friendly and professional demeanor.
