The Curtain Company is a leading interiors brand in Dubai, specializing in bespoke curtains, blinds, and upholstery for high-end clients and designers. We are looking for a Receptionist / Showroom Coordinator who is polished, confident, and thrives in a luxury client-facing role.
What You’ll Do
- Be the first point of contact for clients, designers, and suppliers in our showroom.
- Manage appointments, gate passes, and client scheduling with precision.
- Support showroom sales and ensure customers receive world-class service.
- Handle quotations, follow-ups, and customer communications in a timely, professional manner.
- Keep the showroom organised and running smoothly while supporting the design & operations team.
- Solve problems quickly and efficiently, always putting client experience first.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven customer service skills – you don’t need training in this; it’s second nature to you.
- Previous experience in fabrics, interiors, or luxury retail (or strong motivation to learn fast).
- Excellent multitasking skills – able to juggle client-facing duties, admin tasks, and showroom support.
- Strong written and spoken English (Arabic is a plus).
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with tools such as Google Calendar, Trello, Xero, Zbooni.
- Polished, well-presented, and confident in dealing with high-end clients.
