Karani Group of Companies is urgently seeking a professional and well-presented Receptionist to join its team in Al Quoz, Dubai. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming and efficient front-office experience while providing essential administrative support to the organization.
Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome guests and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls promptly to the appropriate departments.
• Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, ensuring a positive first impression for visitors.
• Handle daily correspondence, emails, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments for management and staff.
• Maintain visitor logs and records, ensuring security and confidentiality.
• Coordinate with internal departments to support smooth office operations.
• Perform basic administrative and clerical duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or a similar administrative role.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Hindi or Arabic is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Professional appearance, friendly demeanor, and a positive attitude.
