Biz Virtue Business Services LLC is looking for a Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join its dynamic team in Business Bay, Dubai. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple administrative tasks efficiently to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and assist visitors while managing incoming calls and reception activities.
• Maintain a well-organized workspace, track office supplies, and handle general office upkeep.
• Manage Emirates ID records, including receiving, scanning, uploading, and updating data as needed.
• Support marketing efforts by monitoring social media messages and forwarding potential leads to the sales team.
• Keep the CRM system up to date with new client details and business cards collected from networking events.
• Draft and send official client communications, such as updates on new licenses, renewals, liquidations, VAT, and corporate tax.
• Coordinate document handling, including courier arrangements and proper filing of records.
• Maintain an up-to-date supplier and maintenance contact directory for quick access.
• Provide administrative support to the Accounts team, especially with VAT filing and related tasks.
