Al Barsha Notary is seeking a professional and courteous Receptionist to join our Dubai office. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing a welcoming atmosphere while supporting daily administrative tasks and ensuring smooth front-desk operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and visitors in a polite and professional manner.
  • Answer and handle incoming phone calls, emails, and general enquiries.
  • Manage appointments and coordinate schedules for the office.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the team, including filing and document handling.
  • Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area at all times.

Requirements / Qualifications:

  • Well-presented with a professional demeanor.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal abilities.
  • Prior experience in a receptionist, administrative, or service office role is preferred.
  • Reliable, organized, and able to multitask in a busy office environment.
