Description:
Capital Catering is currently seeking an experienced and professional Receptionist to join their team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and friendly manner.
• Answer and direct phone calls promptly and professionally.
• Handle correspondence, emails, and front desk inquiries efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth communication.
• Manage scheduling, appointments, and meeting room bookings as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field is an advantage.
• Prior experience as a receptionist or front desk associate, particularly within the hospitality sector, is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Professional, clear, and polite manner when speaking with clients and staff.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with scheduling or office management software.
• Candidates must currently be based in the UAE and available to join immediately.
