We are currently seeking a professional, well-presented, and highly organized Receptionist with a minimum of 2 years of UAE experience to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who excels in front-desk operations, customer interaction, and administrative coordination within a professional office environment. Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:


• Manage daily front desk operations and greet visitors in a courteous and professional manner
• Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and general inquiries efficiently
• Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings with internal departments
• Maintain accurate visitor logs and ensure smooth office coordination
• Provide general administrative and clerical support as required by the team

Requirements:


• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Receptionist in the UAE
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic office systems
• Well-presented, organized, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
