Description:
At Quest A, we create immersive escape room adventures that blend storytelling, interactive challenges, and emotional experiences. We’re looking for a Receptionist / Game Master — someone who can warmly welcome guests, manage front-desk responsibilities, and at times lead the gameplay to enhance the experience.
Who We’re Looking For:
• Friendly, confident, and professional communicator
• Fluent spoken English (Arabic and/or Russian are a plus)
• Naturally hospitable and service-oriented
• Able to stay organized under pressure
• Open-minded team players who value tolerance and cultural diversity
• Comfortable interacting with children, families, and international tourists
• Experience as a Game Master or in interactive entertainment is a bonus
• Previous experience in customer service, front desk, or hospitality is a strong plus
• Tech-savvy: able to use Word, Excel, messengers, booking systems
Key Responsibilities:
• Greeting and checking in guests, assisting with bookings and scheduling
• Providing basic information and setting expectations for the experience
• Managing front desk operations: calls, messages, reports
• Creating a positive first impression and ensuring excellent customer service
• Supporting the team during events, filming, and promotional activities
• Leading the game as a Game Master, guiding participants and enhancing the immersive experience
