Al Tayer Insignia is currently seeking a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to join its team in Dubai. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for individuals who excel in front-desk operations and can deliver a premium experience in a luxury automotive setting. The position plays a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining the brand’s high standards of service and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Front-Desk & Visitor Management:
• Welcome guests with a courteous and professional approach, ensuring a positive first impression
• Manage visitor check-in procedures and maintain a secure and organized reception area
• Ensure the front desk reflects the high standards of a luxury environment

• Communication Hub:
• Handle incoming calls efficiently and direct them to the appropriate departments
• Manage the reception email account and ensure timely responses
• Facilitate smooth communication across internal teams

• Administrative Coordination:
• Schedule meetings and appointments using calendar systems
• Manage room bookings and maintain organized filing systems
• Coordinate courier services and oversee office supply requirements

Requirements:

• Experience:
• At least 3 years of experience in a receptionist, front-desk, or high-end customer service role

• Skills:
• Proficiency in telephone systems, calendar management tools, and Microsoft Office applications

• Attributes:
• Strong multitasking abilities with excellent time management skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor suited for a luxury brand environment

• Communication:
• Excellent command of spoken and written English
• Knowledge of additional languages, particularly Arabic, is a strong advantage
