Description:
An urgent opportunity is available for a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to join a well-known client operating in the automotive sector in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for candidates who can manage front desk responsibilities efficiently while delivering excellent customer service. Immediate availability is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist customers warmly, ensuring a positive and professional first impression
• Handle front desk operations, including managing incoming calls and directing inquiries appropriately
• Schedule appointments and coordinate closely with the service team to ensure smooth workflow
• Address customer queries and provide accurate information along with administrative support
• Maintain organized records and ensure efficient handling of daily customer interactions
Requirements:
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in a receptionist or front desk position
• Prior experience within the automotive industry is mandatory
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
• Professional appearance with a customer-oriented approach
• Proficiency in MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, and Outlook, along with general administrative skills
