A well-established UAE-based organization is seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join its front office team. The company operates across multiple business sectors and is looking for someone who can represent the organization with a positive and professional attitude.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, handling incoming calls, and providing excellent customer service to visitors and clients. This role requires strong communication skills, organization, and the ability to multitask in a busy corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner

• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls appropriately

• Manage front desk operations and maintain a clean and organized reception area

• Handle basic administrative tasks including scheduling and coordination

• Support office staff with general clerical and administrative duties

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in English (mandatory)

• Presentable, professional, and customer-focused attitude

• Basic computer knowledge including MS Office applications

• Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage
