Receptionist

 

Description:

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for visitors at the office, greeting them in a polite and well-spoken manner. You will also be assigned duties as required (i.e. organization of inbound and outbound mail, administrative work, and general clerical support). 

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage Reception Area by answering, screening telephone calls, and making notes.
  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors
  • Responsible for office maintenance and looking for the things that need to be fixed on the same day.
  • Maintain Petty Cash Fund and submit a weekly report to the accounting department.
  • Responsible for booking tickets for bosses and providing tickets and accommodations for newly joined employees on the same day of the Job order.
  • Draft business letters when required.
  • Perform other duties as required

 

Technical Requirement:

 

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.

· Good experience in Microsoft Office
