Description:

Aidec is actively seeking a Receptionist and Secretary to support administrative functions at our Abu Dhabi branch. This dual-role position is ideal for someone who is proactive, well-organized, and experienced in administrative and front-office support, especially within an engineering firm environment.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily office operations, maintaining an organized and professional front-desk presence, and providing reliable administrative support to the engineering team. This is a fast-paced and detail-oriented role that requires a hands-on approach and excellent interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Manage phone calls, emails, and other forms of correspondence efficiently.

  • Organize and schedule meetings, events, and appointments.

  • Maintain office supplies inventory and oversee general office operations.

  • Provide administrative support including document preparation, filing, and coordination with internal departments.

  • Assist the engineering team with clerical tasks, reports, and internal communication as needed.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree holder.

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar administrative or receptionist role; at least 1 year within an engineering firm is highly preferred.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Must be able to join immediately.
