Description:

Are you an organized and professional Receptionist cum Admin with excellent communication skills in English and Hindi? We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team in Dubai and be the first point of contact for our company.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Greet visitors and manage front desk operations
✅ Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
✅ Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling
✅ Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
✅ Support HR and accounts with documentation and reports
✅ Maintain office supplies and ensure smooth daily operations
✅ Liaise with internal departments and external vendors as needed

Requirements:

✔ Proven experience as a receptionist or admin assistant (minimum 2-3 years)
✔ Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi
✔ Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
✔ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
✔ Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented approach
✔ Ability to work independently and handle office responsibilities efficiently
