Description:
We are seeking for Office Clerk/Office Assistant cum Secretary
Responsibilities
Excellent Excel skills are a must
Prepare purchase orders
Coordinate vendor activities such as comparing vendor offers for shipping rates and material prices, and maintaining vendor contract information
Maintain files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible
Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail (envelopes, packages, etc.)
Utilize office appliances such as photocopier, printers etc. and computers for word processing, spreadsheet creation etc.
Assist in office management and organization procedures.
