Description:
We are looking for a professional and dynamic Receptionist / Document Controller to join our team. This role combines front-desk responsibilities with project documentation management, requiring excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage reception area and handle all incoming calls.
- Maintain the Managing Director’s diary, arrange meetings, and coordinate schedules.
- Welcome and assist visitors in a professional manner.
- Receive invoices, collect cheques, and handle material samples.
- Prepare, receive, and log project documentation including submittals, technical documents, and correspondence.
- Manage incoming and outgoing documents, ensuring proper distribution to relevant teams.
- Maintain and regularly update document control logs and registers.
- Ensure all documentation is properly formatted, approved, and filed in accordance with company procedures.
- Assist project teams with document retrieval and respond to documentation-related queries.
Requirements:
- Currently residing in the UAE (applications from outside will not be entertained).
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role (Receptionist / Document Controller).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with document control software or systems is an advantage.
