In this dynamic role, you’ll work closely with hiring managers to source, screen, and hire exceptional candidates across various departments. What You’ll Do:

Own end-to-end hiring processes, ensuring the right person for the right role—on time.
Develop strategic sourcing plans and assess candidate fit.
Conduct interviews, manage job postings, and deliver a seamless candidate experience.
What We’re Looking For:

Proven recruitment experience, ideally with knowledge of the UAE labor market.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Bachelor’s in Business, Psychology, or related field.
