A boutique real estate company located in Business Bay, Dubai is currently seeking a driven and dynamic Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their high-performing team. This full-time position offers an exceptional opportunity for an experienced recruiter to take ownership of the talent acquisition process in a competitive and fast-paced real estate environment.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-performing real estate brokers in Dubai’s vibrant property market. You will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from talent sourcing and headhunting to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and effective hiring process that meets the company's aggressive growth goals.

Success in this role will depend on your ability to build lasting relationships with candidates, identify high-potential talent, and maintain a pipeline of qualified professionals. You’ll work closely with leadership and operational teams, playing a crucial role in scaling up the firm’s sales force.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and source experienced real estate brokers through headhunting and other talent acquisition strategies

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including screening, interviews, and offers

• Build and nurture strong candidate relationships to maintain an active talent pool

• Collaborate with internal teams to align hiring goals with business needs

• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

• Achieve recruitment targets within specified timelines

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the real estate sector

• Proven track record in recruiting brokers or similar sales roles

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Confident, proactive, and capable of working independently

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Target-driven with a go-getter attitude
