We are seeking an experienced Recruiter with a minimum of 3 years of UAE recruitment experience, preferably in the construction sector. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding, and have hands-on experience using platforms such as LinkedIn, NaukriGulf, and Indeed to attract top talent. A bachelor’s degree is required, HR certification is preferred, and immediate joiners will be highly valued.
 Key Responsibilities:
• Full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for various roles, with a focus on construction-related positions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions.
• Maintain recruitment databases, track metrics, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
 Requirements
Must-Have:
• Minimum 3 years of UAE recruitment experience.
• Hands-on experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, NaukriGulf, and Indeed.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Nice-to-Have:
• HR certification is preferred.
• Preferably with experience in the construction industry.
• Immediate joiners will be highly preferred.
