We are looking for a professional, energetic, and target-driven Real Estate Recruiter to join our growing HR team. If you have a passion for talent acquisition and proven experience in hiring real estate agents in Dubai, this role is for you!

Position Details:

• Role: Real Estate Recruiter
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in Dubai Real Estate recruitment (MANDATORY)
• Languages: Fluent English; Chinese or Russian speakers highly preferred
• Job Type: Full-time, on-site
• Working Days: 6 days a week
• Availability: Immediate joiners preferred
• Visa: Provided by the company
• Salary: Attractive package starting from AED 10,000+ (negotiable based on experience)

• Source, screen, and hire high-performing real estate agents
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates
• Conduct interviews and coordinate with management
• Meet monthly hiring KPIs and deadlines
• Develop recruitment strategies aligned with business growth
