One Investments is hiring Recruiters to join its team in Dubai and support the growth of its real estate leasing division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attracting, identifying, and hiring talented leasing professionals who are looking to build their careers in Dubai’s real estate sector.

This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive approach to talent sourcing, and the ability to manage the complete recruitment process from candidate search to successful hiring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and attract qualified candidates for real estate leasing positions.

• Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessments.

• Identify and engage high-potential talent through various recruitment channels.

• Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to final hiring.

• Utilize social media, job platforms, networking, and direct outreach to build a strong candidate pipeline.

• Support the expansion and growth of the real estate leasing team.

Requirements:

• Experience in recruitment, preferably within the real estate or sales industry.

• Confident, outgoing, and highly personable personality with strong communication skills.

• Ability to identify and evaluate top talent effectively.

• Organized, proactive, and target-driven approach.

• Comfortable using social media, recruitment platforms, and phone-based candidate outreach.

• Strong networking and candidate engagement skills.
