Smooth Professional is the specialist white-collar recruitment division of Smooth Manpower, one of the UAE’s most respected manpower and staffing businesses since 2005. We're scaling our professional recruitment capabilities across the GCC and seeking high-performing 360° recruiters to help us dominate key technical sectors.

We’re currently hiring recruiters with a proven background in construction, engineering, or oil & gas recruitment, across either contract or perm, who are ready to take on the Dubai market with ownership, urgency, and confidence.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Owning a 360° desk with full responsibility for business development, client delivery, and revenue generation
• Building a client portfolio in construction, engineering, oil & gas, or aligned technical verticals across the UAE and GCC
• Managing both perm and/or contract roles, depending on your strengths
• Conducting sourcing, candidate screening, interviews, offer management, and aftercare
• Working closely with leadership to scale into a team leadership role if desired

What We’re Looking For

✅ Proven experience as a 360° recruiter in construction, technical, engineering, or oil & gas sectors

✅ Confident in business development and managing your own client relationships

✅ Strong commercial awareness and goal orientation

✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing agency environment

✅ Already in the UAE or willing to relocate quickly
