The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in recruitment processes within the UAE, with the ability to manage end-to-end hiring for various levels of positions across the organization.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for mid to senior-level positions
• Source candidates using various job boards, professional networks, and sourcing platforms
• Coordinate interview schedules, assessments, and candidate communication
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements
• Maintain recruitment data and generate reports for management
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Support employer branding and talent acquisition initiatives

Requirements:

• Proven recruitment experience within the UAE market
• Ability to handle recruitment for positions across different departments and levels
• Hands-on expertise with sourcing platforms, job portals, and recruitment tools
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
