Description:
The Recruitment Specialist will undertake all hiring activities, from advertising open roles to interviewing candidates and closing hires
- In-charge of drafting all recruitment plans for the company both local & expatriates
- In-charge of filling all current and future vacancies within the company
- Handle all job postings and sourcing of resumes for interviews
- Conduct interviews alongside all line managers
- Contact all successful candidates for employment
- Handle the on-boarding process, induction, and orientation for new employees
- In-charge of providing all new employees with all items they require to perform their duties
- Establish recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs.
- Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport.
- Determine applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
- Attract applicants by placing job advertisements, contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites.
- Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
- Arrange management interviews by coordinating schedules; arranges travel, lodging, and meals; escorting applicant to interviews; arranging community tours. Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
Minimum Requirement (Education / Knowledge, Skills and Experience)
- BSc in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or relevant field
- Must be experienced in recruiting Technical and administrative personnel
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role
- Must possess in-depth knowledge of happening in the labour market
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn, Facebook, Github and Stack Overflow
- Must be familiar with all recruitment trends prevalent in their locality
- Must possess good communication skills and interpersonal relationship
- Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English
