Description:

The Recruitment Specialist will undertake all hiring activities, from advertising open roles to interviewing candidates and closing hires

  1. In-charge of drafting all recruitment plans for the company both local & expatriates
  2. In-charge of filling all current and future vacancies within the company
  3. Handle all job postings and sourcing of resumes for interviews
  4. Conduct interviews alongside all line managers
  5. Contact all successful candidates for employment
  6. Handle the on-boarding process, induction, and orientation for new employees
  7. In-charge of providing all new employees with all items they require to perform their duties
  8. Establish recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs.
  9. Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport.
  10. Determine applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
  11. Attract applicants by placing job advertisements, contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites.
  12. Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
  13. Arrange management interviews by coordinating schedules; arranges travel, lodging, and meals; escorting applicant to interviews; arranging community tours. Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.

Minimum Requirement (Education / Knowledge, Skills and Experience)

  • BSc in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or relevant field
  • Must be experienced in recruiting Technical and administrative personnel
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role
  • Must possess in-depth knowledge of happening in the labour market
  • Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn, Facebook, Github and Stack Overflow
  • Must be familiar with all recruitment trends prevalent in their locality
  • Must possess good communication skills and interpersonal relationship
  • Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English
