Refrigeration Engineer

Description:

Technical Head with hands-on experience in refrigeration and hot kitchen equipment manufacturing. The role involves leading the technical team, standardizing designs, ensuring production efficiency, and delivering high-quality, functional products on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical team to ensure smooth execution of custom projects

• Evaluate design proposals and advise on manufacturability, materials, and production feasibility

• Coordinate with Production to ensure timely manufacturing and delivery

• Troubleshoot technical issues in refrigeration and hot kitchen equipment

• Establish technical standards, SOPs, and quality benchmarks

• Reduce rework, improve productivity, and optimize processes

• Mentor and guide the team on fabrication techniques, assembly, and practical solutions

• Provide technical support for Sales & Design teams (feasibility, value engineering)

Key Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field

• Strong experience in manufacturing custom refrigeration and hot kitchen equipment

• Hands-on understanding of stainless steel fabrication, welding, CNC, bending, and glass/insulation applications

• Ability to assess designs for feasibility, cost, and production efficiency

• Proven leadership and team management skills

• Strong problem-solving, planning, and cross-department coordination
