As we continue to grow, we are looking for a technically proficient and sales-driven individual to join our team as a Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth in Data Centres, Backup Power, and Smart Buildings.
- Lead demand generation with end customers in the region to enhance brand recognition.
- Work on brand approvals with consultants and authorities.
- Develop sales channels in the region and collaborate closely with channel partners and installers during the project bidding process.
- Work with distribution partners in some countries for bidding and order fulfillment to channel partners.
- Provide expertise to support the sales process and ensure customer satisfaction, with support from the GIGANET presales team.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships.
- Foster a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
- Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
- Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses to senior management.
- Organize webinars, seminars, and other marketing events with the support of the internal marketing team and presales team.
- Meet or exceed quarterly sales revenue targets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, information technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Sales Manager in the Data Centre, Backup Power, and Structured Cabling industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Willingness to travel as required.
