Description:
We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive B2B sales for banking technology products within the IT domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling banking/financial solutions (non-retail) and managing enterprise client relationships across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive regional sales strategy and revenue growth for banking technology solutions.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within banking and financial institutions.
- Manage end-to-end enterprise sales cycle including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key banking clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams (pre-sales, delivery, and leadership) to ensure successful client onboarding and satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide market intelligence and competitor insights to leadership.
Required Experience & Skills
- 8–12 years of total experience in IT sales.
- Proven experience selling banking/financial products or solutions (B2B, not retail sales).
- Strong understanding of banking technology landscape and enterprise sales processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work from office 5 days a week.
