Regional Sales Manager

 

Description:

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive B2B sales for banking technology products within the IT domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling banking/financial solutions (non-retail) and managing enterprise client relationships across the region.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive regional sales strategy and revenue growth for banking technology solutions.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within banking and financial institutions.
  • Manage end-to-end enterprise sales cycle including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closure.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key banking clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (pre-sales, delivery, and leadership) to ensure successful client onboarding and satisfaction.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
  • Provide market intelligence and competitor insights to leadership.

 

Required Experience & Skills

  • 8–12 years of total experience in IT sales.
  • Proven experience selling banking/financial products or solutions (B2B, not retail sales).
  • Strong understanding of banking technology landscape and enterprise sales processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work from office 5 days a week.
