An established advisory firm is currently hiring a highly experienced Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist to be based in Dubai. This role is focused on managing and driving SAP-related hiring initiatives across the MENA region and is ideal for professionals with a strong regional recruitment background and an extensive talent network.

The successful candidate will play a key role in sourcing, engaging, and hiring top SAP talent while supporting regional workforce needs, particularly within the UAE and Saudi Arabia markets.

Key Requirements:
• 7 to 10 years of hands-on experience in SAP-focused recruitment
• Candidate must be currently based in the UAE
• Strong understanding of the KSA hiring market and regional recruitment trends
• Well-established regional talent network with strong sourcing capabilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• AI literacy with familiarity in modern recruitment tools and hiring technologies
