Job Description:

We are seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses to join our team in the Emergency Room (ER), Intensive Care Unit (ICU), and Operating Room (OR). As a Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality care to our patients, ensuring their safety and well-being in fast-paced and challenging settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
• Monitor and record patient vitals and progress
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care
• Provide support and education to patients and their families
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
• Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and safety protocols

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent
• Valid nursing license in the UAE or eligibility to obtain one
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in ER, ICU, or OR
• Advanced certifications (e.g., ACLS, PALS, TNCC) are highly desirable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-stress environment
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
