Eiger Marvel HR is currently recruiting compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses to join a reputable healthcare team in Al Ain, UAE. This is a full-time opportunity ideal for both experienced nurses and fresh graduates who hold a valid Department of Health (DOH) – Abu Dhabi license and are eager to contribute positively to patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.

• Administer prescribed medications and treatments with precision and care.

• Ensure strict adherence to healthcare regulations and organizational policies.

• Educate patients and their families about health maintenance, wellness, and treatment plans.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to provide optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or related field.

• Valid DOH (Department of Health – Abu Dhabi) License is mandatory.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant nursing experience preferred; fresh graduates with DOH license are also encouraged to apply.

• Strong clinical knowledge combined with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple patients.

• Immediate joiners highly preferred.
