Registered Nurse

 

Description:

We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality, personalized nursing care to patients in a home care setting. The ideal candidate will manage patients' health conditions, provide clinical assessments, and support recovery through skilled nursing interventions while promoting patient safety, comfort, and dignity in their own homes.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Care & Monitoring:

 

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans

 

 

Administer medications, injections, IV therapy, and wound care as prescribed

 

 

Monitor vital signs, symptoms, and medical equipment; document changes in patient condition

 

 

Educate patients and families on disease management, medication adherence, and home safety

 

 

Patient Support & Coordination:

 

Coordinate with physicians, caregivers, and allied health professionals to ensure cohesive care

 

 

Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation and reports

 

 

Respond to emergencies and provide critical care intervention as needed

 

 

Ensure compliance with infection control and hygiene standards in the home environment

 

 

Compliance & Quality Assurance:

 

Follow care protocols as per DHA / MOH / DOH guidelines

 

 

Conduct periodic reassessments and adjust care plans as necessary

 

 

Participate in staff training, audits, and quality improvement initiatives

 

 

 

Qualifications & Requirements:

 

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Diploma in Nursing

 

 

Valid DHA / MOH / DOH license or eligibility is mandatory

 

 

Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in home care or community health

 

 

Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS); Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is a plus

 

 

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

 

 

Empathetic, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently
