Registered Nurse

Description:

A reputable home care provider in Abu Dhabi is urgently recruiting Registered Nurses to join their care team. This role is ideal for compassionate RNs who want to deliver one-to-one care in patients’ homes and support a variety of clinical needs in a community setting. Immediate joiners will be given priority.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional nursing care to patients in their homes, following individual care plans and clinical protocols.
• Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and perform necessary clinical procedures within the RN scope.
• Maintain accurate patient records, complete required documentation, and communicate changes to supervisors and physicians.
• Support patient mobility, hygiene, wound care, and other daily living activities as needed.
• Coordinate with the care team to ensure continuity and quality of care.

Requirements:

• Mandatory: Valid DOH License (Department of Health, Abu Dhabi).
• Registered Nurse qualification from an accredited institution.
• Fresh graduates with a DOH license are welcome to apply.
• Prior home care experience is preferred but not essential.
• Availability to join immediately is highly desirable.
• Professional, empathetic attitude and good communication skills.
