SEHA – Salma Rehabilitation Hospital is currently looking for dedicated and qualified Registered Nurses to join its healthcare team in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in long-term care and rehabilitation settings

• Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and maintain accurate medical records

• Support critically ill and ventilated patients while ensuring adherence to healthcare standards

• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and healthcare teams to deliver effective patient treatment plans

• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and well-being at all times

• Respond efficiently to medical emergencies and changing patient conditions

• Maintain infection control procedures and follow hospital policies and protocols

• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, medications, and recovery processes

• Participate in healthcare assessments, documentation, and patient progress monitoring

Requirements:

• Previous experience in LTC, ICU, or CCU environments is mandatory

• Experience working with long-term care ventilated patients is preferred

• Valid DOH, DHA, or MOH nursing license required

• Willingness to relocate to Abu Dhabi or Al Ain

• Immediate joiners or candidates with up to 30 days’ notice period will be prioritized

• Strong communication, teamwork, and patient care skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
