The role involves managing own client relationships while also driving new business growth in the retail banking sector. The Relationship Officer Retail Banking will be responsible for marketing, selling, and cross-selling the bank's products and services, maintaining a high level of customer service and providing financial advice to customers when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Finance, or a related field or equivalent work experience
• Proven experience in sales within the retail banking sector or similar field
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
