Rental Sales Coordinator

Description:

VRS Technologies LLC is seeking a motivated and organized Rental Sales Coordinator to join its growing team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with experience in the AV rental industry who enjoy working closely with customers while coordinating with sales, operations, and technical teams.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling rental enquiries, preparing quotations, maintaining customer records, and ensuring smooth communication throughout the rental process. Candidates currently residing in the UAE will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer enquiries related to AV rental services and requirements.

• Prepare accurate quotations and rental proposals.

• Follow up with clients regarding enquiries and submitted quotations.

• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Technical teams to ensure smooth project execution.

• Maintain customer databases and rental documentation.

• Assist the sales team with daily coordination and administrative tasks.

• Ensure timely communication and follow-up with clients.

• Support the team in achieving rental sales targets.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in the AV Rental or Event Rental industry. 

TryKnowledge Software

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong coordination and client follow-up abilities.

• Basic knowledge of AV equipment and rental solutions.

• Good knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.

• Candidates currently residing in the UAE are preferred.

• Filipino female candidates are preferred.

• Husband/Spouse Visa holders are preferred.
