Reporting & Data Analyst

Description:

Van Oord is seeking a Reporting & Data Analyst to join its team on a 3-month contract in the UAE. This opportunity is ideal for professionals who enjoy working with data, creating insightful reports, and developing interactive dashboards that support informed business decisions.

The selected candidate will be responsible for analyzing data from multiple sources, building Power BI dashboards, and using Advanced Excel to deliver meaningful reports. Candidates currently based in the UAE with their own valid visa will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.

• Analyze data from multiple sources to generate meaningful business insights.

• Prepare accurate reports using Advanced Excel and reporting tools.

• Support ongoing reporting activities and business requirements.

• Improve existing reporting processes and dashboard performance.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data accuracy and reporting efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field (Estimated).

• Strong experience with Power BI dashboard development.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for reporting and data analysis.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Candidates must currently be based in the UAE with a valid visa.

• Strong knowledge of:

• Microsoft Power BI.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.

• Data analysis and reporting techniques.

• Data visualization and dashboard development.
