Reporting Specialist

A leading organization in Abu Dhabi is seeking a skilled Reporting Specialist to join its team on an outsourced, yearly renewable contract. This opportunity is exclusively open to UAE Nationals who have completed their national service and are looking to grow their career in data analysis and reporting.

In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing data, generating meaningful insights, and ensuring the accuracy and consistency of reporting outputs. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical abilities and experience working with reporting tools and business data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze data trends and deliver actionable insights to support decision-making
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability in all reporting outputs
• Gather business requirements and convert them into effective reports
• Automate reporting processes to enhance efficiency and reduce manual work
• Track KPIs and identify risks, discrepancies, or performance gaps
• Prepare ad-hoc reports and presentations for management review

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in reporting or data analysis roles
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory
• Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau is highly advantageous
• Strong analytical thinking and high attention to detail
