Description:

This is a full-time remote role for an Airport Representative. The Airport Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to passengers arriving and departing the airport, as well as assisting with airport logistics. Duties include greeting passengers, answering questions, directing passengers to their destination, and coordinating with airport and airline staff. The Airport Representative will also maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

Qualifications
 

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience in customer service or hospitality
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle stressful situations
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Knowledge of airport and airline operations is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the airport
