BRIEF OUTLINE:
The Circulation Executive must be a communication expert whose primary task is to develop contacts with Schools, Students and Parents, increasing the number of books, or magazines they distribute.
To increase circulation rates, the Circulation Manager must enact marketing campaigns to give consumers special prices on subscription rates. These deals must be balanced in line with a publications budget, which the Circulation Executive also typically develops.
