Research Analyst

Description:

ValuStrat is looking to hire a “Research Analyst” for the Real Estate Research division for its Dubai, UAE office. The individual will be responsible for:

- Assisting the Head of Research department on research assignments, key tasks include primary and secondary market research, Excel modeling, statistical analysis, report writing and presentation.

- Supporting the Director and Head of Research in preparation of presentations and proposals.

- Contributing to the successful execution of bespoke research and various MIS/Prop-tech work as needed.

Qualification and Experience:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or any Data Science related field.

- 2-5 years of experience in a related field.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Arabic is a plus.
