BTB Tourism is looking for Reservation Executive with minimum 2 years of experience in UAE.

Responsibilities

As a Reservation Executive you are responsible for handling hotel reservations requests, and your role will include key responsibilities such as:

• Process reservations by email
• Help with accommodation queries
• Create and maintain reservation records
• Collaborate with team to achieve better results
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the same role
• Experience in Tourism Industry
• Fluency in English (Written and Spoken)
• A highly professional telephone manner and excellent communication skills
• Outstanding organizational skills
• Intermediate computer proficiency
• Experience of working with IT systems
