Reservations Agent

Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Reservations Agent located in the Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The Reservations Agent will be responsible for handling reservations via phone, email, and other platforms, ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to phone etiquette. Responsibilities include managing bookings, responding to guest inquiries, performing receptionist duties, and maintaining accurate records and databases.

**Job Qualifications:**

- Minimum 1 year experience as a reservations agent in a 4-star or 5-star UAE hotel.

- Language proficiency in English.

- Cluster Room Reservations experience.

- Proficiency in Cloud PMS.

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Skills in Phone Etiquette, Customer Service, and Communication.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
